Trailing 78-77 with under a minute to play in the third, Hardaway made all three foul shots after he was fouled behind the arc and Shane Larkins driving layup beat the buzzer to give the Knicks an 82-78 lead heading into the final stanza. Anthony started the fourth with a trey and sparked an 8-2 burst which was capped by Larkins layup for a 10-point advantage with 9:21 to play.
